How to Use the Advanced Passport Photo Creator
Step 1: Upload Your Image
- Click on the “Upload your image” button.
- Select a clear passport-style image from your device.
- Once uploaded, a preview of your image will appear in the cropping section.
Step 2: Crop Your Image
- Click and drag on the image preview to select the desired crop area.
- Once satisfied, click “Confirm Crop” to lock your selection.
- If you need to adjust the crop, click “Re-crop” to start over.
- Click “Restore Original” to revert to the full image if needed.
Step 3: Select Passport Type & Customization
- Choose your passport type from the dropdown menu:
- Indian Passport (35×45 mm)
- US Passport (50×50 mm)
- Custom Size (Enter your own dimensions)
- If choosing custom size, enter the required width and height in millimeters.
- Adjust additional settings such as:
- Frame Border Thickness & Color
- Grid Border Thickness & Color
- Document Margin
Step 4: Set the Number of Photos & Sheet Size
- Enter the number of passport photos you want to generate.
- Select a printout sheet size:
- A4 (210×297 mm)
- Letter (216×279 mm)
- Custom Size (Enter your own dimensions)
Step 5: Generate Your Passport Photo Sheet
- Click the “Generate Passport Photo Sheet” button.
- Your passport photos will be arranged automatically on the selected sheet size.
- A preview of the final layout will be displayed.
Step 6: Download Your Photo Sheet
- Once the sheet is generated, a “Download Sheet” button will appear.
- Click it to download your passport photo sheet in high quality.
